5@5 Tenebrae Service--Friday, April 22 7:00pm

Holy Week is so important in the life of the church, and Good Friday is a very important day, in which we, as Christians, remember that Jesus gave his life to set each of us free. This year, we will have a Good Friday Tenebrae Service at First Church of the Brethren. Beginning at 7:00pm on Friday, April 22, the 5@5 Group will be leading a Tenebrae Service in the sanctuary. The service will be a time of somber priase and remembering the price that Jesus paid for each of us and we will be leaving the church in darkness so that on Easter Sunday, the breams of light can radiate throughout our church and our hearts as we celebrate Easter Sunday. Everyone is invited to attend the Tenebrae Service, there will be time for scripture, time for meditation, time for prayer and time for worshipful singing. Plan to attend, and remember the special price that was paid, so that we would not have to carry the burden of sin by oursevles. The service will take place on Friday, April 22 beginning at 7:00pm.
